TMDS Welcomes Craig Britton as Head of Service

TMDS is delighted to welcome Craig Britton as our new Head of Service, further strengthening our commitment to delivering outstanding customer support and service excellence.

Craig joins the business with extensive industry experience and a proven track record of developing high-performing service teams. His customer-first approach and focus on continuous improvement make him a valuable addition to the TMDS leadership team.

Outside of work, Craig has a passion for sport and previously played semi-professional ice hockey, representing clubs including Peterborough, Milton Keynes, Chelmsford, Romford and Blackburn throughout his career.

His dedication, teamwork and determination on the ice are qualities he also brings to his professional life.

As he begins his journey with TMDS, Craig is focused on learning every aspect of the business, building strong relationships with colleagues and customers, and gaining a thorough understanding of our systems and processes.

Looking ahead, Craig is committed to supporting the continued development of our service department, enhancing the customer experience and identifying opportunities that will help drive the ongoing growth of TMDS.

Speaking about his new role, Craig said:
