Meet Our New Service & Data Analyst at TMDS

Ramani recently moved to the UK to pursue a Master’s degree in Data Science, building on a strong academic foundation in analytics and data-driven decision-making. Before relocating, she gained valuable experience in India as an Analyst, where she developed expertise in data interpretation, reporting, and operational support.

Her combination of practical industry experience and advanced analytical knowledge makes her a fantastic addition to the TMDS team.

Supporting Our Customers Through Data and Service Excellence

As Service & Data Analyst, Ramani plays a key role in ensuring our service operations run smoothly while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

Her responsibilities include:

• Managing daily toner alerts through Printanista to ensure customers receive timely and accurate deliveries.

• Coordinating engineer schedules and service calls to maximise efficiency and maintain SLA compliance.

• Delivering outstanding customer support by managing service requests and resolving enquiries across multiple communication channels.

• Producing operational reports using Vantage to provide valuable insights into service performance and business efficiency.

• Maintaining accurate data across our service management systems to support reliable reporting and informed decision-making.

• Working closely with our service, operations, and finance teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.

• Analysing service performance data to identify trends and support business decisions.

• Driving continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimisation.

Ramani’s professional experience, combined with her postgraduate studies in Data Science, allows her to bridge the gap between operational excellence and analytical insight.
