On 31st March 2025, the UK government introduced new ‘Simpler Recycling’ laws; All waste should be recycled where possible, separating contaminating items and using reputable recycling service providers.

- You can put any printer consumables into our recycling boxes
- It’s quick & easy to set up your online recycling account
- We collect boxes / pallets from any business or organisation located
in the UK - Our replacement boxes are approved by couriers and supplied in
packs of 3 with a bag & seal tape - We are legally and environmentally compliant, we follow the Waste
Hierarchy as set out in the EU Waste Framework Directive and which
is enforced in UK Law

TMDS Support Process
Logging a Ticket
- Tickets can be logged on our portal, via email, or over the phone
- Only log a ticket where a call out / support is required (for toner/ink related queries please call 01536 851730 or email us service@tmdocumentsolutions.
com) - The ticket has to be logged against the correct serial number
- Please provide as much information as possible, including what the problem is, what have you / IT tried to resolve the issue, any error codes displayed on the screen, have you tried to restart the device
- Please provide the site contacts name and contact number, along with operating hours
- Customers have the option to view their service history and add comments in the notes section
What Happens Next?
- Once the ticket is logged it appears in the Service Ticket Queue
- The ticket then gets assigned to an engineer in the area
- We aim to attend within 4 working hours where possible
- The engineer will close the ticket or request parts
- Where needed, parts will be ordered. Once they are delivered, the engineer will be scheduled to return to fit
- You will have access to the ticket’s progress and can see the engineer’s notes, and actions taken throughout the call
