We are looking for a Print Technician to join the team

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Printer Technician based from home, but no further than an hour from Northamptonshire.
The Printer Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for various printer and multifunction device models. Daily tasks include installing, configuring, and repairing printers and related hardware, ensuring optimal functionality, and delivering excellent service to all valued clients.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Printer Support and knowledge of various Printers and multifunction devices
- Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting print-related and device-related issues
- Familiarity with Desktop Computers and their integration with printing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Previous experience in the print management or technology sector is an advantage
- Relevant technical certifications or training in printer and device repair are a plus
