TMDS Welcomes New Service Manager at Team Breakfast Meeting

Earlier this week, the TMDS Service Team came together for a breakfast meeting, providing an opportunity to catch up, share ideas, and officially welcome our new Service Manager, Craig Britton.

Craig joins TMDS following his time at Ethos and has already made a strong impression in his first few weeks with the business. In just three weeks, he has introduced fresh ideas to help strengthen our operations, with a focus on personal development plans, team engagement, and continually improving the service we provide to our customers.

At TMDS, we recognise that there is always room to improve, and Craig’s proactive approach aligns perfectly with our commitment to delivering the highest standards of service. His experience, leadership, and enthusiasm have already had a positive impact on the team.

Craig also comes highly recommended by one of our engineers, who described him as one of the best professionals they have worked alongside in more than 20 years. Bringing talented people like Craig into the business is an important part of our continued growth and success.

The breakfast meeting also reflected the strong collaboration between our Sales and Service teams, with several Account Managers joining the session. Maintaining a one-team culture remains a key part of how we work together to support our customers and each other.
