TMDS Marks World Environment Day with Green Technology and Carbon Neutral Goal

At TMDS, sustainability is at the heart of how we do business. As we celebrate World Environment Day 2025, we’re proud to reaffirm our commitment to reducing our environmental impact and promoting green technology across every part of our operations.

World Environment Day is the United Nations’ leading platform for environmental outreach, encouraging action from governments, businesses, and communities around the world.

TMDS recognizes climate change and environmental degradation as critical challenges, and we’re proud to be part of the solution.
From the products we supply to the way we run our offices, we’ve embedded sustainability into every aspect of our work:

✅ Energy-efficient printing: Our solutions, such as Epson Heat-Free technology, reduce energy consumption and emissions while delivering high performance.

✅ Responsible recycling: TMDS offers a free toner take-back scheme, and ensures all end-of-life devices and parts are either returned to manufacturers or sent to specialist recycling centres.

✅ Green transport: All company cars are now self-charging hybrids, and electric vehicle charging points are available on-site.

✅ Waste reduction: We currently recycle 90% of our office waste, and continuously look for new ways to cut unnecessary materials.

✅ Carbon neutral by 2030: Our long-term environmental strategy is focused on achieving carbon neutrality by the end of this decade.

“We believe in taking meaningful action,” said Simon Vine, Managing Director at TMDS. “Our team is focused on delivering technology solutions that not only support business goals but also help reduce environmental impact. World Environment Day is a timely reminder that sustainability must remain a top priority.”

As we mark World Environment Day, TMDS remains committed to supporting our customers with greener choices, smarter technology, and a shared goal of a cleaner, more sustainable future.
