Meet Simon – Head of Service at TMDS
At TMDS, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier Managed Document Solutions and exceptional service to our customers. That’s why we’re thrilled to welcome Simon, our new Head of Service, to the team!
With over three decades in the industry, Simon brings a wealth of experience. His journey has taken him through various roles, from logistics and service management to hands-on operational expertise. His knowledge and leadership will play a crucial role in enhancing our service operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Simon has spent his first couple of months at TMDS getting back into the swing of things after taking a year for personal development. He’s excited to be part of a dynamic team and is looking forward to collaborating closely with Managing Director Simon Vine to drive excellence in customer service.
When he’s not optimizing workflows and improving service operations, Simon enjoys fine dining, wine tasting, golfing, swimming, and traveling. He also has a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence, particularly in setting up and configuring chatbots—a skillset that aligns well with the evolving landscape of business automation.
We’re delighted to have Simon on board and can’t wait to see the impact he’ll make at TMDS.
